Intermittent MySQL Error on server - 103.243.212.185

Dear Customers,

We are aware of the ongoing issue with MySQL server and is currently working with cPanel to fix this issue. As for temporary resolution, just refresh the page and you will be able to enter the page correctly.

This is only impacted on SME hosting server for the IP of 103.243.212.185.

Our server will be down for urgent FSCK disk-check and will be offline for a couple hours as we are currently running a force disk check error on the 2 TB Hard drive:-

Shared Server - 103.243.212.4 - Mail Delivery Issue

Dear Valued Customer,

In reference to the subject, we have just discovered there were some of our clients email account being compromised due to poor / weak password combination on their email account.

This however has gives the spammer access to blast out 30K of email daily therefore our shared hosting IP 103.243.212.4 has been blacklisted by some of the email provider.

Our technical team has immediately brought this up to the email provider to de-listing our IP address and is working on a temporary turn around to avoid interruption with the email services however you should still be able to receive email without issue.

If you are running mission critical projects which required to send email during this short period, please do open up a support ticket for assistance and we will be able to assign you a temporary IP address to work with the problem.

Scheduled Network Migration - Phrase 1

Dear Valued Customer,

This month, we will be upgrading our network at 2 of our Data Centers.

We are migrating all our customers to a newly expanded network that we had in AIMS Data Center located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This will replace all the existing customers IP addresses to our own APNIC network range to facilitate with the expansion.

The migration to this new infrastructure will require a few hours of carefully planned steps followed by testing. This will cause a few brief interruptions in connectivity as routing protocols do their thing and we perform testing after the cut-over to the new systems. Each interruption will be around 2 - 5 hours.

Due to this transition, all of our services will be affected however you will receive the next email notification within the next couple days on the exact date and time for the downtime of your services in detail.
